Site Chicago Needs You!
Greetings from the Site Chicago Chapter! Fall is almost here and that means cooler, crisp weather, harvest time and time to start planning for the Site Chicago Annual Auction.
The Site Chicago Chapter is excited to announce our annual fundraiser and networking event will take place on Wednesday, November 9th, 2011 at an exciting new venue, Room 1520, in the West Loop at 1520 West Fulton Street, Chicago.
Proceeds Benefit Site Chicago and Skinner West School
The highlight of the evening will be the Annual Live and Silent Auction, which will feature outstanding packages and gift items. Perfect timing to scoop up some holiday gifts, while you are helping to raise funds for our chapter as well as our local sponsored charity, Skinner West Classical School, dedicated to the mission of educating children with disabilities.
This event draws local experts in the fields of meetings, events and travel, including hoteliers, airline executives, tourism representatives and meeting planners. It will be an excellent opportunity to mix and mingle.
We are currently soliciting donation items such as airlines tickets, hotel packages, travel items, entertainment passes or show tickets, health and fitness packages, etc. Please contact Tina Chambers or Michele Askari with any questions. The auction donation form can be found here.
When you make a donation commitment, you will receive the following benefits:
- One complimentary registration to attend this event

Invite Your Incentive Clients
You can also personally invite clients to entertain this evening. For every meeting planner or incentive buyer that registers to attend and lists you as their referral when they register on line, you will receive one complimentary raffle ticket, up to a maximum of five. Past raffle prizes have included the Apple I-Pad and pairs of airline tickets!
