Site Chicago Leadership is made up of incentive industry professionals from all sides of the industry and includes incentive planners, suppliers and affiliated industries. All share a common goal of helping the greater incentive industry grow and thrive.

2011/2012 Board Members

Teresa Matamoros – Co-President

Teresa Matamoros is Director of Incentive and Corporate Meetings for the Mexico Tourism Board, she has extensive experience in the tourism industry, and she an expert in the areas of product development and destination marketing.

Teresa Nelson – Co-President

Teresa Nelson is the President at Imagine That! Special Events in Chicago where she has a successful track record of success in planning, designing, and coordinating a plethora of corporate and private events in a multitude of arenas, including trade shows, associations, meetings,and incentive travel.

Neela Johnston – Treasurer

Neela has been in the incentives, meetings and events industry for almost 20 years and has amassed a great group of clients and amazing events. She currently is the VP of Client services for OnSite Events where she oversees incentives, conferences, meetings, incentives, corporate hospitality events, product launches,  and special events for associations and corporations.

Susan Berger – Board Member

Susan is the Global Accounts Director at Conference Planning Resources where she excels at analyzing client’s needs and matching them with the appropiate product. Always keeping an eye out of for new product that I am not familiar with to offer clients the latest and greatest for their programs.

Tina Chambers – Board Member

Tina is currently the Director of Group Sales at Melia Hotels International. She is a Dynamic, seasoned sales executive blessed with enduring client partnerships. Talented & inventive with powerpoint sales presentations to deliver highly memorable sensory brand and destination experiences. Fortunate to have traveled extensively throughout US, Canada, Europe, Caribbean, Mexico and South Africa.

Keith Johnston – Board Member
